Leading Executive Search agency is looking for Senior Executive Search Consultants (360 recruiters) specialised in banking, financial, sales- technology, telecommunications, IT industries.
Key requirements:
- Operate a 360 recruitment business from client development through to placement.
- Fully qualify candidates using a rigorous recruitment process through telephone, email and face to face.
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment life cycle from initial screening through to placement including arranging interviews.
- Mentor junior members of the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Market mapping skills and market intelligence of the industry segments you will operate in.
- Confident, self motivated, energetic with the ability to influence others.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
