JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Provides executive support and a variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing calendar of appointments, arranging travel plans, itineraries & agendas, composing and preparing correspondence and compiling documents; primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO’s Office and serves as a liaison to senior level contacts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required with 8-12 years of experience in a similar field.
- Should have construction industry experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, staff, board members & external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving; strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Emotional maturity.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point.
