JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Organising and maintaining the CEO diary and making appointments.
- Producing reports and presentations as required by the CEO.
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
- Devising and maintaining office systems.
- Arranging travel.
- Handling phone calls when appropriate, screening and answering enquiries.
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings.
- Taking minutes of the meeting.
- Ad Hoc duties as required by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency (Tools): Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Language: Excellent in verbal and written English
