About the Client:
A newly opened additional branch of a 5-star Hotel based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Manage and oversee operations in the kitchen as well as the kitchen staff of the restaurant.
• Plan the menu with senior management in line with budget control and quality standards
• Work with the Executive Head chef in ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld in the kitchen, Hygiene HACCP training applied.
• Perform administrative duties such as preparing budgets and ordering supplies for Kitchen
• Assists kitchen staff in maintaining high cuisine standards for function clients as well as delegates.
• Supervise the overall buffet presentation, operation and clean up.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Title: Executive Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 12K AED, depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, free transportation, and meals
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• 45 years old and below
• At least 3 years’ Buffet Set-up experience as a Sous Chef in any hotel within GCC
