JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for results-driven Exhibition and Events Sales Business Development experts to join our client, a marker leader in the Exhibitions and Events space . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the sale of E2E exhibition event services.

The Exhibition and Events Sales Consultant will play a pivotal role in engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling solutions that align with their objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and provide tailored exhibition and event space and services solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of events of sold exhibition space, including logistics, marketing, and operations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record of success in exhibition and events sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of exhibition space and events services to clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• UAE driving license and car is essential.
• Fluency in English, other languages such as Arabic would be advantageous.
