Experienced waiters - The Botanic Atrium Foodhall is hiring
Situated in the WTC Souq Abu Dhabi the newly to be opened Botanic Atrium foodhall will be emphasizing high-end restaurant experience for a discerning clientele. The foodhall will house some well-known food brands like Baan Thai as well as T’s, an innovative and exciting café concept from Amsterdam (The Netherlands).
The Botanic Atrium is now hiring experienced waiters willing and able to go above and beyond in providing our customers an unparalleled service level.
Job Summary and Mission
This job contributes to The Botanic Atrium success by assisting the manager and supervisor in executing floor operations.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the
following:
• Models a customer comes first attitude, delivers legendary customer service, and helps the team to ensure they are delivering legendary customer service.
• Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in team morale and performance and communicating them to the manager.
• Develops positive relationships with team.
• Engages in conversation with customers to understand customer needs and the needs of the community.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
REQUIREMENTS
Summary of Experience
• Progressively responsible hospitality experience
• Customer service experience in hotel or restaurant environment
• Experience in directing the work of others
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Ability to act with a customer comes first attitude and deliver customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Effective oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality environment
