JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for an Export Manager with proven experience in the perfumery industry. The ideal candidate will be leading the export strategies, forge strong relationships with international partners, and drive sales growth across borders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute export strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize sales opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate potential international distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to expand the company's distribution network.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with international partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Coordinate shipments and logistics for international orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in target markets to inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide sales training and support to international partners to optimize product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align export activities with overall business objectives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on export sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in export management in the perfumery industry.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with export management software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
