Position Title: F&B Assistant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and meal
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A newly opened branch of a 5 Star hospitality group based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Be the face of the restaurant to customers, resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner.
• Conducting payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner.
• Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations from opening to closing
• Taking the official report in request for purchasing new ingredients, kitchen utensils, and equipment as stock is damaged or depleted.
• Sourcing better deals on all resources and equipment that warrant replacing or replenishing.
• Recording all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced on a daily basis
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to any nationality
• At least 2-years’ experience on same role from at least a 4 star hotel or luxury hospitality
• Open to Home country Experience
• Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
