Position Title: Façade Project Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the trusted names in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors.
Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end façade projects from contract review, design coordination, and material procurement to on-site installation and project handover.
• Oversee shop drawings, structural calculations, material approvals, and ensure compliance with client, consultant, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams to meet project timelines, quality targets, and budget requirements.
• Lead site execution, supervise engineers and foremen, handle client communications, and support quality, inspection, and payment processes.
Requirements:
• Male, 40 years old and below• Bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering with 5 years’ façade project management experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems (curtain wall, cladding, aluminium, steel, glazing) and ability to read/interpret contracts, BOQs, and technical drawings.
• Proven experience coordinating with design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance, along with excellent client handling, communication, and leadership skills, and a valid UAE driving license.
Salary:
AED
25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
