JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of fabrication experience, with proven expertise in building roll cages, TIG and MIG welding, and working with sheet metal. In this role, you will also provide support at drift events, ensuring vehicles meet safety and performance standards. Experience with fiberglass work, mold-making, and related composite materials is a significant plus. Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and install roll cages in compliance with motorsports safety regulations.
• Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on various metals and components.
• Work with sheet metal to fabricate custom parts for racing and drift cars.
• Support mechanical teams during drift events, providing fabrication and repair assistance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Assist in the creation of fiberglass molds and composite components (if applicable).
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, mechanics, and team members to develop solutions.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication, preferably in the motorsports industry.
• Proficient in TIG and MIG welding with various metals (steel, aluminum, etc.).
• Extensive experience working with sheet metal fabrication.
• Demonstrated ability to fabricate roll cages to racing safety standards.
• Experience supporting drift events or similar motorsport environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of fiberglass work, including mold-making and composite fabrication.
• Experience with CNC machines and metalworking tools.
• Familiarity with motorsports regulations and safety requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines during events
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
