Facade Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
- Study contract agreement, job specifications, drawings & BOQ to determine appropriate construction methods and prepare/submit project progress reports, or project tracking reports.
- Coordinate with design/technical department for the shop drawings, structural calculation and material submittal.
- Shop drawings and materials approval followup with client/consultant/main contractor
- Coordinate on site activities according to project’s plan while ensuring compliance with safety regulations /laws, environmental standards
- Confer with sub contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems

About the Client:
A well-known aluminum and glazing fabrication company in the UAE.

Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Façade industry as a Project Manager
- Deep knowledge of steel structures, façade systems, stick systems, unitized curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, canopy, pergola, handrail and glazing etc.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license
