REQUIREMENTS

As a maintenance supervisor, you must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. You must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing and etc
You will be taking care of complains related to the maintenance of all Etjar Properties. The goal is to ensure that facilities are in a good and safe condition at all times.

This is what we will be looking for above all else.

• A degree in Civil/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant experience with regards to Maintenance works.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Customer service attitude.
• Leadership Skills.
