Employment: Full Time

Contract Duration: Temporary (until mid of August)

Procurement & Vendor Management:
• Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)
• Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.

Finance Management
• Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders, OOS (out of scope services). and Change Requests.
• Provide monthly expense report for approval.
• Inputs supplier invoice data into Monthly financial report.
• Ensure that all the monthly reports are accurate, and database of all suppliers are updated.
• Any other finance-related task requested from the client or FM.

Health & Safety Management
• Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures on site are in place and working.
• Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed.
• Report at least 2 hazard report per month

Site Operations Management
• Provide FM services into 2 locations in country (Dubai Knowledge Village -main office, Dubai Capital)- liaising with contractors, soft and hard services according to signed GMSA provided to Cisco space.
• Make sure PPM plan is carried out on time (based on SI7 system)
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are always maintained.
• Liaising with various client departments providing solutions for miscellaneous requests addresses to the teams.
• Maintain client premises in good working condition at all times.
• Manage FM team on the ground.
• Actively look for services optimization and savings opportunities
• Implement best practices.

AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.



• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management (office management, facilities, site operations)
• Excellent customer service, office management, and communication skills
• Available to join immediately
