JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our Client is a British Facilities Management and Construction companies with offices located across the Middle East. They have a new position for an FM Director within their Dubai Business. This role will report to the MD based in the UK, you will oversee strategic growth, P&L, operational management and delivery of FM services across the Middle East.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered you must have at least 10+ years managerial experience and a strong profile within the UAE. You must be recognized by a professional body such as BIFM. Applicants will have experience managing large P&L accounts. You will have a significant track record in the market, managing a successful FM business both technically and commercially aware.
