JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

I am currently recruiting for a Facilities Management company who are based in Dubai. They are looking for a Facilities Manager to join there project on the palm it would include running a team of Facilities consultants and monitoring the building. They require a candidate with Hospitality experience.

REQUIREMENTS

The role would require managing any refurbishments, renovations and building moves. To be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and also the legal requirements. Managing the budgets and keeping records of all payments. Responsible for managing the office systems, which can often include the IT and office equipment. Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.
