Facilities Manager – Dubai, UAE – Big Fish Recruitment
Our client is a European Multi-National Facilities Management company. They have an established Middle East operation and a portfolio of blue chip clients. They are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team FM team in Dubai, UAE.
The successful candidate will manage a team of blue collar workers delivering hard and soft services. Candidates should have experience in managing a technical team and be qualified in an engineering discipline. They should have excellent written and spoken English and be able to communicate well, ensuring client satisfaction and development of the relationship
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
• Engineering qualification – Degree highly desirable
• Experience managing a blue collar technical team
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good report writing skills
