Company:
A leading international organization specializing in delivering first class Infrastructure Facility Management services are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in Dubai, where you will play a crucial role in managing facilities across a Master Community with 20,000+ residents.
Position:
As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient and effective delivery of Infrastructure Facility Management services within a large-scale Master Community, covering roads, golf courses, utilities, drainage, sewerage etc. You will work closely with a diverse team to ensure that the facilities meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Management: Lead and supervise a team of facility professionals to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of facilities within the Master Communities.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the Infrastructure Facility Management services in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and residents to understand their needs and expectations.
• Budgetary Control: Manage and monitor budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability of facility operations.
• Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all facilities adhere to local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective solutions.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents in all situations.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in Facilities Management, preferably in large-scale Master Communities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
• Arabic speaking would be advantageous.
