Position Title: Facility Management Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-established group of company, based in Dubai, providing high quality Integrated Facilities Management & Maintenance solutions operating within GCC.
Job Description:
• Develop and maintain FM Market clientele database
• Formulate strategies together with management team for positioning and getting leads in the FM Market
• Prepare Bid tenders/offers for FM Contracts
• Ensure that FM team follow industry best practices in technical/engineering operations with major concentration in MEP and HVAC services
• Involve in costing and planning for both pre and post contractual projects within Industrial to commercial stream
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationals
• 40 to 50 years old
• Must have 15 years of experience in Facilities Management for MEP, HVAC, industrial or commercial stream
• Costing (bid/tender) or planning experience is required
