Factory Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Strong knowledge and experience in Planning and coordination between various departments and leading the operation
- Analyze the demands and identify the current and future trends that appeal to customers
- Collaborate with technical team (reasonable technical understanding is required).
- Evaluate on the job performance of the team members.
- Enhance the overall performance within the departments and to facilitate the process flow.
- Improve capacity Utilization of plant
- Monitor Commitment Planning to Customers
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Prepare monthly sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing program improvement.
- Submission of periodic reports to top management through Management Information Systems presentation.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing management experience
- Reasonable technical knowledge
- Basic industrial accounting knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports.
- Strong planning skills
