JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Helper to join our dynamic agricultural team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will support various farm operations and contribute to the overall success of our agricultural production. Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops under the supervision of farm management.
- Perform general maintenance tasks across the farm, including fence repair, equipment cleaning, and tool maintenance.
- Help in the care of livestock, including feeding, watering, and monitoring their health.
- Operate farm machinery and vehicles safely and efficiently, including tractors and other equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Participate in irrigation and pest control activities as directed.
- Collaborate with team members and follow instructions for optimal productivity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in farming or agricultural roles preferred, but not required.- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of farming practices and animal husbandry is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Salary:
AED
1,800 to 1,900
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
