We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Female Fashion Consultant fluent in Russian to join our vibrant retail team in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele, providing personalized style advice to enhance their fashion experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a warm and professional manner, providing expert fashion advice tailored to their needs.
- Understand and stay updated on current fashion trends and the latest merchandise to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting garments and accessories that complement their style and preferences.
- Maintain the presentation of the store by ensuring products are well-displayed and inventory is well-managed.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized service that encourages repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian and English with excellent communication skills.- Proven experience in fashion retail or as a fashion consultant is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with diverse customers.
- Passion for fashion, current trends, and styling advice.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks with professionalism.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as retail demand requires.
Salary:
AED
4,500 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
