JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Fashion Designer (Bags & Accessories)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 13K depending on experience and qualifications plus overtime pay
Job Location: Kuwait & Dubai
About the Client:
An established retail group based in Dubai, leading contemporary trends in women’s fashion.
- Design and develop seasonal collections of accessories, handbags, and footwear from concept to production.
- Conduct trend research, material sourcing, and market analysis to inform design direction.
- Create sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and specifications for sampling and production.
- Ensure all accessories designs meet quality, aesthetic and functional standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field (Accessories/Footwear Design preferred)- 3+ years of experience designing bags, shoes, or fashion accessories for a brand or label
- Strong knowledge of materials, leather, hardware, and construction techniques
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; strong sketching and technical drawing skills (3D design a plus)
Salary:
AED
13,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
