Female Admin Executive up to 4k Aed for a Consultancy Company In Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed
• Handle phone calls regarding requests, feedback, and queries
• Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
• Produce professional letters, tenders, quotations and reports
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Admin Executive
• SALARY: up to 4,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: A consultancy company which offers unique and diversified solutions in the retail and FnB industries in UAE
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Female, 40 y/o and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Degree holder or any certification/experience in Office Administration
• At least 2 years of experience; UAE experience is an advantage
• Previous experience from advertising/ production companies
• Discretion with personal and confidential information
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good English communication skills
