Female Barista up to 5k AED for a Catering Services Company in Abu Dhabi
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Greet customers, provide menu, and answer their questions regarding ingredients
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the bar area clean
• Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
REQUIREMENTS
POSITION: BARISTA
SALARY: up to 5,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Immediately can join will be prioritized
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/Full time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality, preferably Arabic or Filipino
• Female, 30 years old and below only
• Passport must be valid for at least 1 year
• Tourist or Visit Visa must be valid for at least 1 month
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• At least a high school graduate
• Relevant certification/diploma/training/experience is an advantage
• At least 2 years of work experience as Barista in café’ restaurants or coffee shops serving hot and cold beverages
• Must be knowledgeable in making coffee or any juice types, coffee art expertise is highly preferred.
• Good looking, polite and with engaging personality
• Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
