We are seeking a dynamic and organized Female Coordinator who is fluent in Tagalog to join our vibrant perfumes company in Sharjah, UAE. This role involves coordinating various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth communication and project flow within our diverse team and with our valued Tagalog-speaking clients and partners.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to support department operations.
- Serve as a liaison between management, Tagalog-speaking staff, and clients to facilitate clear communication.
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and handle correspondence in both English and Tagalog.
- Assist in organizing events, product launches, and promotional activities related to the perfumes industry.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation to support business activities.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
-Fluent in Tagalog and English, both written and spoken.
-1 to 2 years of home country or UAE experience, graduate in any discipline
- Must have fragrance knowledge to handle Samplings, experience in sales
- Strong product knowledge, especially in perfumes and fragrances and excellent customer service
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within the perfumes or retail industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, scheduling software).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
