JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Female Office Admin Clerk Up To 3.5k Aed For A High-End Salon In Dubai, Uae
- Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, performing variety of following or similar clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures
- Copies data and compiles records and reports
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Visa processing and process employee documents
REQUIREMENTS
- POSITION: Office Admin Clerk
- SALARY: Up to 3,500 AED full package depending on qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: High-End Salon
- LOCATION: Al Warqaa / Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to ANY nationality, preferably FILIPINA
- Female, 30 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma holder
- Min. of 2 years of experience as an Office Admin, preferably from the salon industry
- UAE experience is an added advantage
- Has knowledge on Visa processing and PRO duties
- Proficient in MS Office
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
