JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Female Office Manager Up To 3.8k Aed For A Foodstuff Supply Company In Dubai

• Point of contact between staff and CEO
• Responsible for managing the overall office and assist in the CEO’s day to day activities, tasks, schedule planning, managing her meetings and filling all requirements
• Responsible in creation, preparation and follow up of quotations, POS, Delivery notes, Invoices, and receipts
• Responsible for HR tasks, staff in-out registrations

REQUIREMENTS

• POSITION: Office Manager
• SALARY: up to 3,800 AED all-inclusive plus all UAE benefits depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Foodstuff Supply Company
• LOCATION: Jebel Ali, Dubai
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time/ Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Female, 30 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• At least 2 years of work experience in HR/Admin/Secretarial, home country experience is accepted
• Must have experience in organization of receipts, orders, files, etc.
• Knowledgeable in accounting tasks
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
