Female Personal Secretary/Receptionist for an Appliances Company in Dubai

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

REQUIREMENTS

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open for any nationality
- Female, 45 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree on any related field
- At least 2 years similar working experience
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
