JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a Female - Tele Sales / Customer Services having 1 – 3 years of experience.
Essential skills:
• Excellent communication skills and highly responsive.
• Tele calling and managing phone calls
• Social media marketing.
• Customer care/Service.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 3,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
You must be an expert in the below areas.
• Customer service
• Operations
• Excellent attitude with a Customer-centric approach.
• Business WhatsApp User
• Passion to learn new concepts, process and able to deliver the business objectives.
There is 1 week trial prior to issuing offer letter/visa.
Shortlisted applicants will be asked to record a voice message for 3 minutes in English describing your work experience and skills and send it via WhatsApp. If shortlisted, you will be called for interview at Clover Bay Tower - Business Bay
