Role: Field Recruiter
Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Overview
Looking for a Field Recruiter to go out into the community (workshops) to find, source and engage potential job candidates (like Mechanics, diesel truck drivers, Car washers). It involves connecting with people in person, and other outreach activities.

Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and networking with potential candidates.
• Conducting initial interviews.
• Assessing candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Presenting job opportunities to applicants.
• Providing feedback to employers.

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal Field Recruiter will have:
• Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills ( Hindi & English )
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, employers and other stakeholders.
• Identify and assess talent.
• Understand labour markets.
• Strong problem-solving abilities
