About the role
You will be responsible for on-ground lead generation, brand visibility, and parent engagement. This role involves meeting people, conducting fieldwork, and representing the brand professionally at events and institutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct field visits, distribute flyers, and engage families in local communities.
- Represent the brand at schools, events, and residential campaigns.
- Explain program offerings confidently and collect parent inquiries.
- Submit daily field reports and lead updates to the CRM system.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure visual materials and event logistics are in place.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the field or outdoor sales (education preferred).
- Relevant experience in EdTech or a similar industry/company is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Multilingual ability (English + Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam) advantage.
