JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We have an exciting role "Field Supervisor (Beauty Division)" for a Multinational Company specialized in beauty and fashion in Dubai, UAE.
* Handle monthly targets
* Regular visits of point of sales (UAE market area)
* Ensure stock levels by working with Shop Managers and the Area Manager
* Maintain a close working relationship with Shop Managers (KPI, new product launches, benchmark)
* Write and send visit reports and monthly sales reports to management
* Create a monthly follow up of the sales performance
* Motivate sales teams and make sure they achieve their targets
* Provide training for new joiners and existing team (product information, brand sales techniques)
* Make sure brand guidelines are being followed
* Work with the Area Manager to follow up on results of events/ launches/ sales
* Recruit, train and motivate the promoters
REQUIREMENTS
* Candidate must have a Masters degree
* Experience in operational marketing/ sales
* Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
* Excellent Communication skills and level headed
* Result oriented and thrive for new challenges
* Ability to train and motivate a team
* Dynamic personality and excellent analytical skills
