JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Filipina Admin up to 5k Aed for a Printing Services Company in Dubai
• Position: Admin
• Salary: up to 5,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
• Hiring Company: Printing Services Company
• Location: Production City, Dubai, UAE
• Availability: Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• Employment Type: Full Time
Candidate Profile:
• Open to Filipino nationals only
• Female, 35 years old and below
Education/Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related degree
• Minimum of 2-3 years of UAE experience in the same role
• Basic accounting knowledge is a must
• Knowledgeable in the UAE Labour Law
• Experience working in a start-up company in the UAE is an advantage
Job Description:
• Answer and direct all phones promptly and in a pleasant and professional manner
• To manage the front desk / reception
• To prepare orders and invoices
• To handle basic HR functions
• Provide general secretarial support to include copying, scanning and spreadsheet work
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Provide general support to visitors / guests
REQUIREMENTS
Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Attention to detail
• Good organization skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Professional, confidential individual with a sense of urgency and able to deliver results on time
