JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Filipino and Indian Receptionist up to 2.5k Aed for a Medical Centre in Dubai
• Interview patients to complete insurance and privacy forms
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Receive insurance co-pay payments and post amounts paid to patient accounts
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Call patients to remind them of appointments, handling billing, answering and routing calls, making transactions, and keeping paperwork organized
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• Home country experience is acceptable
• Knowledge in MS Office and office equipment
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must have at least 1-year work experience as a receptionist in a medical clinic
• Able to work independently as well as take and process directions from management
