We partner with global financial institutions to provide high-quality software solutions, and we are looking to expand our team with a talented and experienced Finacle Developer to support the development and enhancement of our Finacle-based solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Finacle Developer to join our IT team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Finacle (core banking system) and possess strong programming skills. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting Finacle-based applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and customize Finacle applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Write efficient and scalable code for integration with various banking systems and platforms.
• Work on Finacle customization and implementation, including enhancements to the core banking system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Finacle implementations, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design system architecture, and deploy solutions.
• Perform system testing, including unit testing and integration testing, and ensure solutions meet quality standards.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Finacle applications, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and system enhancements.
• Optimize Finacle applications and workflows to improve overall system efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with Finacle software upgrades and new features, applying knowledge to improve system performance and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies related to data security and privacy.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• Minimum 5 years of relevant Product experience in Finacle Core Banking product (Infosys/Edgeverve)
• Working experience on Finacle 11 requirement and product capability along with Customization architecture
• Experience in handling Finacle Interfacing requirements (Custom and Product APIs/Connect 24/Finacle Integrator)
• Need to have experience of direct interaction with Clients
Technical Skill
• Good understanding of Finacle Product Architecture & Customization layers.
• Finacle customization flow understanding (New custom menu, Reports - MRT & Jasper, Batch job, Product menu customization, FI, EOD-BOD process and debugging)
• Experience in best practices to be followed in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) related to Finacle application.
• Experience in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting and Report designing.
• Good understanding of Finacle Integrator and feasible enhancements to the same.
Functional Skills
• Finacle Core Banking Functional knowledge
• Good understanding of Banking domain and terminologies used.
• Finacle certification from Infosys will be added advantage
• Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM)
• Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.
• Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies.
Soft Skills
• Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
• Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
• Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
