Job Descriptions:
- Understand general accounting principle and finance task
- Verifies invoices from vendors
- Examining payment requests and expense reports
- Input accounting transactions on ERP system
- Management payment process: wire transfer, check issue, on-line banking system
- Review, arrange and manage letter of credit with banks
- Check and handle letter of guarantee
- Follow-up funds receipts and disbursement daily and monthly
- Management bank balance and reconciliation
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- MUST BE A KOREAN SPEAKER
- Korean living in Dubai is preferred.
- Experience in related field is highly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of the accounting or finance experience
- Knowledge about accounting / finance related documents
- Effective communication skills in English and grasp of arithmetic concepts
- Efficient in handling computer applications(especially MS Office –Excel, Word)
- Experience to handle any ERP system is preferred
- Ability to work well with a team and have good interpersonal skills
- Capability of multitasking and paying close attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
