Finance and HR Manager - Dental Clinic - Dubai
A business operating two dental clinics in Dubai and Abu Dhabi is looking for a Finance and HR Manager with the following responsibilities:
Accounting and Finance
- Generating Purchase Orders
- Registering Purchase invoices and Maintaining records
- Inventory Management
- Registering Receipts and Initiating Bank Reconciliation
- Monthly Payroll Management
- Commission Calculation
- Preparing necessary documents for the VAT consultants to complete the quarterly E-filing.
- Calculating Provision for Gratuity, Depreciation and Prepayment.
Monthly Reports
- Profit and Loss Schedules
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow
- Bank Reconciliation
Human Resources
- Onboarding new staff members
- Managing labour, visa, and medical/malpractice insurance
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Bachelor degree in accounting or finance.
