Position Title: Finance Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A well-known restaurant group in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
• Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
• Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures
• Provide financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Female, 35 years old and below
• At least 2 years of UAE experience in the similar role in the UAE
• Has background in hospitality or restaurant with knowledge in QuickBooks is a great advantage
• Immediate joiners are preferable
