JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our Client, an International Law Firm is seeking to hire a Finance Assistant. The Finance Assistant would have responsibilities over the following:

- Billing, invoicing
- VAT
- Revenue Control - WIP
- Credit Control - cash collection, debts
- Purchase Ledger and disbursements
- Cashiering and Bank Reconciliation

REQUIREMENTS

- Candidate should be degree educated (Finance, Accounting) and have prior experience of working in a law firm.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively with staff of all levels.
- Candidate should have been doing a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
