JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A leading retail developer is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Finance Director to take full responsibility for a well established retail mall within their portfolio. The role will involve working closely with the GM on budgets, financial reporting, forecasting and all other finance related functions related to the smooth running of the Mall.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will come with a solid history for Financial Management at a senior level within retail and ideally within a shopping mall environment. The person must also be very commercially aware and be able to work with the Leasing department very closely. This is a great role for someone to join an established business.
