JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead the financial strategy and operations of our client, a Facilities Management (FM) company under a larger real estate developer group. The role requires deep expertise in Facilities Management financial operations, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to align FM financial performance with broader group objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the financial strategy for the FM business in alignment with group finance policies.
- Provide financial insights to support growth, tenders, contract renewals, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for FM operations.
- Implement robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
- Coordinate closely with Group Finance to ensure compliance with consolidated reporting, IFRS, and internal policies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, VAT regulations, IFRS, and corporate governance requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA / ACCA / CFA preferred.- Progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Mandatory experience as a senior finance leader within a Facilities Management company.
- Proven experience in UAE, including VAT and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
