JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
-Prepare and interpret monthly management accounts and annual reports.
-Implement financial plans.
-Review and analyze financial statements.
-Monitor cash flow statements and predict future trends.
-Asses and manage risks.
-Reconcile balance sheets.
-Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction.
-Develop external relationships,for eg; solicitors,bankers,Inland revenue.
-Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
-Budgeting,planning,profit and loss forecasting for any new ventures,assets or properties of the company.
-Arrange new sources of finance and debt facilities.
-Ensure that all transactional,pay roll requirements are met.
-Keep on top of changes in regulation and legislation and new industry development.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate will be qualified Accountant e.g. ACCA /CIMA/ACA with minimum 6 years experience in Real Estate or with a property management or a Real Estate Developer.
Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate market is a prerequisite.
