JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Preparation of monthly/yearly cash flow & reporting to management
• Independently handle accounts
• Finalize Monthly accounts & report to management
• Assist operations team in collections, updates & reports
• Liaise with banks on existing facilities
• Fund raising for new projects
• In charge of documentation relating to properties
• Investment appraisal & review of new projects
• Liaise with lawyers for legal requirements on documentation, contracts etc.,
• VAT compliance & filing of VAT returns
• Assist in yearly Audit finalization
REQUIREMENTS
• Bilingual (English & Arabic)
• CPA or other Professional Qualification
• Minimum 12+ years’ experience in Finance & Banking
• Excellent inter personal & communication Skills
• Experience in dealing with Banks in UAE
• Decision making ability on commercial decisions
• Knowledge of Real Estate sector - UAE
• Multi-tasking skills & able to work under pressure
• Forecasting, Analysis & Financial Reporting
• Risk control
• Investment appraisal skills
• Able to close monthly accounts & report to management
• VAT compliance & filing of VAT returns
