JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Finance Manager to hold the financial position in our Clients organization. He/she will be responsible for accounting, taxation, forecasting the organization’s financials and advising the CEO and board on strategic direction. The Finance Manager will be also actively involved in client work and clients’ advisory in relation to accounting, local taxes and audit.

Responsibilities:
• Execute the company's financial strategy.
• Develop plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure.
• Manage accounting procedures.
• Research and create analysis based on clients' needs.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data of clients.
• Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action.
• Understand the tax laws and regulations.
• Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the same
• Oversee payroll management in compliance with government rules and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity for day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Utilize forecasting models to predict future financial trends and advise on strategic decisions.
• Implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements to optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and other relevant financial regulations.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Conduct Due Diligence of the new partners and investment products.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, optimizing capital structure and overseeing investment strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Financial Manager or similar role with International finance experience
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting regulations, and financial analysis techniques.
• Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
• Executive experience with SaaS business models and their associated revenue recognition
