REQUIREMENTS

* Possess 10-15 years of experience in financial roles, preferably within the FMCG sector, particularly in small, agile companies.
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.
* Demonstrate a solid background in financial management, accounting principles, and a comprehensive understanding of FMCG industry dynamics.
* Have a proven track record of effectively managing finances in rapidly expanding environments, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
* Exhibit exceptional leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards the attainment of organizational objectives.
