JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager with a robust background in General trading to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with experience in General trading environments who can effectively manage financial operations, analyze trading performance, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to optimize financial performance, ensure compliance, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Trading Analysis: Analyze trading activities, including risk assessment, performance metrics, and profitability. Provide insights and recommendations based on trading data and market trends.
• Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks associated with trading activities. Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals. Contribute to long-term financial planning and investment decisions.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare detailed reports on trading performance, financial health, and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals. Foster a collaborative environment and promote continuous development and improvement within the team.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements within financial operations. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial insights and strategies effectively to stakeholders, including senior management, traders, and external partners. Present complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree ( Master’s in Finance) or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in finance or trading roles, with a strong understanding of trading environments. Proven experience in financial management, analysis, and reporting.
Skills:
• Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of General trading, financial instruments, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Tally, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Salary:
AED
12,000 to 18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
