Position Title: Finance Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Job Description:
-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
-Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (GAAP, IFRS,)
-Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
-Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations. Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
-Open to Filipino nationals aged 45 and below-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certifications preferred (CPA,CMA)
-Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
-Proficiency in accounting software tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and knowledgeable of Tax regulations and reporting requirements and Advanced Excel Skills and familiarity with financial modelling
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
