Job role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced finance manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and taxation across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires strong expertise in UAE taxation along with exposure to India, the US, and European tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• Handle taxation matters across UAE, India, US, and Europe, including filings, assessments, and advisory.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls to support business objectives.
• Support management with financial analysis, MIS reports, and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger functions.

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (CA / CPA / ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in finance and taxation.
• Strong hands-on experience in multi-country taxation (UAE, India, US, Europe).
• Sound knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
