Finance Manager

Key roles and responsibilities:

1. Financial planning and analysis:
Perform feasibility studies from scratch without end-user input.
Develop financial forecasts and budgets based on strategic goals and historical data.
Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

2. Financial reporting:
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee and manage all tax activities, including compliance with UAE tax regulations.

3. Risk management:
Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

4. Strategic planning and decision support:
Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management in decision-making processes.
Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation strategies.

5. Relationship management:
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Collaborate with other departments such as operations, sales, and marketing to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

6. Team leadership and development:
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure staff training and development to enhance capabilities and performance.
