We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in manpower services, maid services, or similar staffing companies that operate on hourly billing models. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing financial operations in businesses that provide outsourced manpower and invoice clients based on timesheets and hourly rates.

- Financial Management & Reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Billing & Revenue Control
- Cost Control & Profitability
- Audit & Internal Controls

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
- Finance experience in a manpower, maid services or cleaning services.
- Strong understanding of hourly billing models and manpower cost structures.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
